On Oct. 1, 2024 Guarantee Fund OJSC received certification for compliance with the international standard ISO 9001, Head of the company Malik Abakirov said during a press conference at Kabar News Agency.

He noted that the Fund is one of the first financial organizations in Kyrgyzstan, which introduced a quality management system in the work by its own efforts and was certified for compliance with the international standard ISO 9001.

“For us, the implementation of QMS according to ISO standard is a strategically significant step towards improving the quality of our services. By implementing this standard, we strive to ensure smooth operation of our organization, guarantee clarity and transparency of processes.

In addition, ISO is a guarantee of quality and reliability for our international partners. This certificate allows us to avoid numerous questions and inspections from customers and investors at the international level, so the certificate gives a competitive advantage and makes a significant contribution to the reputational capital of the Fund, opening new opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses in Kyrgyzstan”, Abakirov said.

Certificate of conformity of QMS to the requirements of ISO 9001 is a document that is issued based on the results of expert inspection and confirms that the quality management system of the organization complies with the international standard ISO 9001.
