BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 25. Director of the AFFA Club Licensing Department, Elchin Mammadov, took part in the UEFA meeting, TurkicWorld reports via Idman.biz.
Mammadov attended the meeting of the clubs' license committee. The meeting was held at the UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.
The proposed changes in the licensing rules for next season were discussed during the meeting.
