On September 17, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS); Okay Memiş, Secretary General of the National Security Council of the Republic of Türkiye; Viktor Makhmudov, Secretary of the Security Council under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan; Adilet Orozbekov, Secretary of the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic; Aida Balayeva, Deputy Chair of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan; and Mehmet Ağa, Advisor to the Prime Minister of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
