BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 23. President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has been awarded the Heydar Aliyev Order.
The information was published by the press service of the President of Azerbaijan.
The relevant order was signed by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
"Guided by paragraph 23 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby decree:
For special merits in developing friendly, fraternal and allied relations between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Azerbaijan, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev shall be awarded the Heydar Aliyev Order," the decree says.
