BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 12. Military personnel and civilian employees of the State Service for Mobilization and Military Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan have been honored, TurkicWorld reports.
President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree recognizing their distinguished service.
