BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 7. Nazim Panahov has been appointed rector of the Azerbaijan State Institute of Advanced Training of Doctors named after Aziz Aliyev, TurkicWorld reports.
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed the relevant decree.
