BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 28. Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev has sent a letter of condolences to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev regarding the deaths of citizens of Azerbaijan, Russia, and several other countries in the crash of a passenger plane belonging to AZAL near the city of Aktau, TurkicWorld reports.
