BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 23. The minimum monthly wage in Azerbaijan is set at 400 manat ($235.2) from January 1, 2025, TurkicWorld reports.
President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on the continuation of measures in the sphere of improvement of the social welfare of the population.
The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan must submit proposals to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan within a month to bring the minimum amount of labor pension from February 1, 2025, to 320 manat ($188.2); within three months to submit proposals to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan to increase the size of social allowances and pensions.
