BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 4. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the appointment of Jabbar Musayev as the head of the Nakhchivan city Executive Authority in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, TurkicWorld reports.
