BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 3. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Republic of Iraq Abdel Latif Jamal Rashid on the occasion of the national holiday of that country, TurkicWorldreports.
