President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree in order to improve the processes of extraction, refining, and supply of Naftalan oil, expand the use of Naftalan oil and drugs made from it, as well as popularize the city of Naftalan in the world as a city of health tourism,TurkicWorld reports.
