BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 17. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has issued a decree removing Sevindik Hatamov from his position as Head of the Executive Power of Salyan District, TurkicWorld reports.
The President’s decision comes as part of a formal administrative action.
