BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 16. A number of people planning to commit provocations and take hostages have been detained in Azerbaijan, a source in the country's State Security Service told TurkicWorld.
According to the source, comprehensive operational-investigative measures conducted by the State Security Service revealed that citizens of Azerbaijan—Fakhraddin Shahmurov (born in 1984), Jalal Muradov (born in 1960), Kamran Babayev (born in 1998), and others—created a criminal community, organized secret meetings and various closed groups on social media within the territory of the country, and prepared to carry out provocative actions against state institutions with the aim of committing serious and especially serious criminal acts against the foundations of the constitutional order of Azerbaijan.
