BAKU, Azerbaijan. August 12. Kyrgyz airline Tez Jet is preparing to launch new flights on the Bishkek-Tashkent-Bishkek route, TurkicWorld reports.
Regular flights between the capitals of the two countries will start on September 3 on a comfortable McDonnell Douglas MD-80 (M83) aircraft. It is planned that the flights will be carried out four times a week - on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, which will provide convenient and frequent communication between Bishkek and Tashkent.
In February of this year, Tez Jet received permission from Uzaviatsiya to operate flights to Uzbekistan. Earlier, it was reported that the carrier was planning to expand its route network and include flights from Bishkek and Osh to Tashkent.
Founded in 2013 and based at Bishkek's Manas Airport, Tez Jet has already established itself as a reliable carrier in Kyrgyzstan's domestic market. With the launch of new flights, it will make travel between the two capitals more accessible and convenient for passengers.
