BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 22. The most active brokers, market makers, and underwriters on the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) for the first half of 2026 have been announced in the "Q2 2026: Overview of the Azerbaijani and Global Economy and Capital Markets" bulletin prepared by the BSE for the second quarter of 2026, Trend’s correspondent reports from the event.
According to the bulletin, ABB Invest was the most active broker in terms of the number of secondary market transactions during the first half of 2026. The company executed 8,560 secondary market transactions during the reporting period.
Troni ranked second in this category, with a total of 5,059 secondary market transactions. PASHA Capital took third place with 1,227 transactions.
In terms of the number of market-making transactions during the reporting period, Troni topped the list, executing 5,053 transactions. Unicapital ranked second with 932 transactions, while InvestAz came in third with 773 transactions.
Data from the BSE also indicated activity regarding the number of underwriting services provided to issuers. In this category, PASHA Capital ranked first with four underwriting services.
InvestAz and Unicapital shared the subsequent positions, each providing three underwriting services. Meanwhile, two underwriting services were recorded for each of the companies CPM Invest, Troni, and ABB Invest.
Thus, the Baku Stock Exchange's figures for the first half of 2026 reflected the activity of various participants across secondary market operations, market-making activities, and underwriting services.
