BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 3. Azerbaijan's Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov has held another meeting with the winners of the 5th "Yukselish" (Rise) Competition as part of the program's Mentorship Program.
The meeting brought together competition winners Elnur Mammadli and Kamran Alasgarov to discuss leadership, strategic decision-making and professional development in the context of economic transformation.
During the discussions, the participants exchanged views on institutional approaches to governance, priorities in strategic decision-making, and the knowledge and skills required for effective leadership in a rapidly changing economic environment.
The meeting also reviewed progress made under the participants' individual development plans, assessed the results achieved and evaluated the experience gained throughout the mentorship process.
The "Yukselish" competition is aimed at identifying and supporting talented professionals while contributing to the development of future leaders in Azerbaijan.
