The possibility to pay with MIR cards would help attract Russian tourists to Azerbaijan, Russian Ambassador Mikhail Bocharnikov said at a press conference, TurkicWorld reports.
According to Bocharnikov, the tourist inflow from Russia to Azerbaijan has been actively growing recently.
"Today, there is a small number of carriers, and their number is already growing," he added.
