BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 13. Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Shahin Mustafayev met with Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Oksana Lut on September 13, the statement of the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan said, TurkicWorld reports.
Meanwhile, it was noted at the meeting that, as a result of the joint efforts of the heads of state, bilateral ties between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation demonstrate high dynamics of development in political, trade-economic, energy, transport-transit, humanitarian, and many other spheres.
Furthermore, it was emphasized that the cooperation between the two countries, as well as in all directions of the economy, in the field of agriculture is developing on an ascending line.
Also, it was noted that Azerbaijan is one of the main suppliers of agricultural products to Russia.
The sides expressed mutual interest in increasing the supply of agricultural products.
The meeting discussed the expansion of cooperation between the two countries in various areas of the agrarian and industrial complex, as well as other issues of mutual interest.
