BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 12. Russia is the leader in money transfers to Azerbaijan following the results of the first half of this year, the Director of the Statistics Department of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) Samir Nasirov said during a media briefing, TurkicWorld reports.
"The top five nations sending money to Azerbaijan at the end of the first half of 2024 are Russia with $287 million, Türkiye with $83 million, the United States with $30.5 million, and Georgia with $17.4 million," he noted.
