ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, September 3. Turkish Ronesans Holding investment company has unveiled plans to construct a new shopping mall in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, TurkicWorld reports following the meeting between Chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and Chairman at Ronesans Erman Ilicak.
Ilicak thanked the meetingers for trusting his company, which has participated in Turkmenistan's significant development projects in urban development, oil, gas, and chemicals.
He also conveyed warm greetings from President of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdogan and expressed pride in contributing to Turkmenistan's ongoing reforms.
Berdimuhamedov acknowledged the longstanding and fruitful cooperation between Turkmenistan and Ronesans Holding, highlighting the company's significant role in the country's modernization efforts. He also reviewed detailed plans for the new shopping mall, emphasizing the importance of integrating national traditions with modern architectural trends while adhering to environmental standards and international norms.
The meeting also touched on the upcoming Turkmenistan Investment Forum, scheduled for September 10-11 in Ashgabat, where further opportunities for collaboration between Turkmenistan and Turkish businesses will be explored.
The discussion ended with both parties expressing confidence in their relationship, with Ilicak promising Ronesans Holding will achieve the highest standards.
Since 2015, Ronesans Holding has been featured on the World's Largest International Contracting Companies list by Engineering News Record (ENR). In 2023, ENR ranked the company as the 38th largest international contractor globally and the 9th largest in Europe, continuing its leadership among Turkish contracting firms.
