TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, August 24. Azerbaijan's PASHA Holding has launched The Ritz-Carlton Residences project in Tashkent, Dincher Filiz, CEO of PMD Projects' Uzbek subsidiary, told journalists, TurkicWorld reports.
Filiz pointed out that the project will be carried out with a dream team of designers from all corners of the globe, as well as some local talents from Azerbaijan.
"We’re excited to see PASHA Holding kick off this project. Construction will be managed by a team organized by Azerbaijan. Developing high-end luxury hotels and residences in Uzbekistan is crucial because the sector is growing, and we at PASHA Holding want to be part of this expansion. This is a significant project with an estimated investment of around $200 million.
