BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 2. The master plan of Azerbaijan's Kalbajar city has been approved, TurkicWorld reports.
Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decision to approve the "Master plan for the development of Kalbajar city until 2040".
