Turkmenistan talks construction of luxury hotel in north Ashgabat

The construction of a luxury hotel is nearing completion in Turkmenistan, TurkicWorld reports citing the ‘Turkmenistan Golden Age’.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov visited the foothills of the Kopetdag to view the final stage of construction of the luxury Garagum hotel in north Ashgabat.

The head of state was informed that in the 9-storey hotel building, located on an area of 6.9 hectares, all conditions will be created for tourists to relax, organize and conduct high-level international forums and other events.

One of the landmarks of Turkmenistan, the Karakum Desert, is reflected in the architectural embodiment and design of the complex.

Earlier, it was reported that the construction of numerous facilities with a total cost of over $38 billion was underway in Turkmenistan.
