According to the information, the airport will be closed for takeoffs and landings.
Earlier, the head of the Israeli Histadrut trade union confederation, Arnon Bar-David, announced a one-day general strike on September 2, demanding that the country's authorities immediately release the hostages held in the Gaza Strip.
