Uzbekistan and Japan strengthen cooperation

The Japanese New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization NEDO published an article that provides detailed information about the Uzbekistan – Japan Business Forum in Tashkent, UzA reported.

It is noted that the event was attended by almost 200 large companies in the two countries operating in information technology, energy, digital transformation, healthcare, agriculture, electrical engineering, medicine, and pharmaceuticals.

The author writes that the Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade of Uzbekistan Laziz Kudratov and the State Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan Ryosuke Kozuki noted the main factor in developing bilateral relations, which is the high trust of the heads of state.

The article notes that 14 agreements on cooperation in education, IT technologies, alternative energy and medicine, and space technologies in geodesy and cartography were signed at the forum.
