Performers from Uzbekistan are active participants in the international festival

Uza. Belarus hosted the XXXII International Pop Song Performers Contest and the XXI International Children Music Contest “VITEBSK-2023” as part of the International Arts Festival Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk.

Performers from Uzbekistan always take an active part in the International Art Festival.

In 2022, the singer Khon became the owner of the special award of the President of Belarus “Through Art to Peace and Mutual Understanding”, 13-year-old Firdavs Avezov was awarded the title of Laureate of the second degree of the Children’s Music Competition, and the Bastet Dance Theater became a diploma winner of the International Dance Project.

In 2023, following the results of the national selection, Uzbekistan is represented in three competitions of the Festival.

The official delegation of the Republic of Uzbekistan led by the Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of Uzbekistan Murodjon Majidov took part in the festival’s opening ceremony.

International Arts Festival Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk was held for the first time on July 18, 1992. In 2000, the festival set a record by bringing together on stage representatives of absolutely all Slavic peoples living on earth.

Since 2019, forum guests can come to Slavianski Bazaar without a visa, presenting a ticket to the festival as a pass at the border.

Representatives from more than 80 countries and 5 continents have performed on the stage of the Summer Amphitheater over the years of the festival. About 60 thousand artists and participants took part in the event.
