Emir of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has sent a letter of condolences to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev over the tragic deaths of people caused by the crash of an Azerbaijan Airlines plane flying Baku-Grozny near Aktau on December 25, TurkicWorld reports.
