BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 7. The Turkish Ministry of National Defense has extended its congratulations to Azerbaijan on November 8 - Victory Day, and November 9 - National Flag Day,TurkicWorld reports.
Spokesperson for Turkish National Defense Ministry Zeki Akturk said in a statement during a recent briefing.
"We congratulate Azerbaijan, with which we stand side by side in both joy and sorrow under the motto 'one nation, two states,' on November 8 - Victory Day, and November 9 - National Flag Day," he added.
To note, November 8 is celebrated as Victory Day in Azerbaijan, and November 9 - as National Flag Day.
