BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 9. The visa-free regime agreement between Morocco and Azerbaijan will come into force on August 28, 2024, the Moroccan embassy in Azerbaijan told TurkicWorld
"As of the specified date, nationals of Azerbaijan can enter Morocco visa-free for a period of up to 90 days, so long as their passport is valid for at least 180 days after the date of entrance. The visa-free travel privileges enjoyed by Moroccan citizens when visiting Azerbaijan are the same," the embassy said.
To note, on July 15, President Ilham Aliyev signed a law approving the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco, which exempts holders of general civil passports from visa requirements.
