BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 26. Relations between France and Azerbaijan are at their lowest level, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov told reporters, TurkicWorld reports.
"The reason for this is not Azerbaijan. Unfortunately, it is France that has demonstrated such unacceptable behavior," the minister stressed.
