BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 3. Doha, the capital of Qatar, was the site of the signing of six cooperation accords between Iran and Qatar, on October 2, during the Asian Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) Forum, TurkicWorld reports.
The cooperation documents were signed in the fields of agriculture, training and education, port and navigation, culture, sports, and trade in the presence of Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim ibn Hamad Al Thani.
On the sidelines of the signing ceremony, Iranian co-chairman of the Iran-Qatar joint commission Abbas Ali-Abadi, Iranian Minister of Energy, Qatari co-chairman of the mentioned commission, and Qatari Minister of Industry and Trade Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Qassim Al Abdullah Al Thani met and discussed economic cooperation between the two countries. At the meeting, it was decided to hold the tenth session of the joint commission of the two countries in Qatar in December this year with the participation of representatives of specialized institutions of the two countries.
To note, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, accompanied by a high-level delegation, paid a two-day visit to Doha on October 2 to attend the ACD Forum.
