The Award Ceremony for the “Oriental Fashion Show” participants took place at UNESCO Headquarters.

At the event, organized by the Embassy and the Permanent Delegation of Uzbekistan to UNESCO together with the Route De La Soie Et Al-Andalus, a specially prepared video was demonstrated, revealing the rich cultural heritage and tourism potential of Uzbekistan. The video, in particular, tells about the tourist attractions of Samarkand, the technology for creating a unique element of the intangible cultural heritage “suzane”, as well as collections from Uzbek designers that were successfully presented on January 24-25 at the “Oriental Fashion Show 2023” as part of Paris Fashion Week.

“Oriental Fashion Show” is the world’s first international show dedicated to the fashion and sewing skills of the countries of the East. Founded in 2004 in Paris, the show presented collections from over 120 fashion designers from 60 countries. Regularly organizes shows in Paris, London, Milan, New York, Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Istanbul, Baku, Kuwait, Doha, Marrakesh, Dubai and other cities of the world.
