Agreement on defense cooperation between Azerbaijani and Latvian MoDs approved

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree approving the 'Agreement on defense cooperation between the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Latvia', TurkicWorld reports.
