Representatives of Azerbaijan and Armenia - Assistant of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev and Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan met in Brussels, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar wrote on Twitter, TurkicWorld reports.
"Happy to have been able to host Hikmat Hajiyev and Armen Grigoryan in Brussels for a second meeting in this format," he wrote.
