Over the course of this year, Azerbaijan has shown maximum constructiveness in eliminating the consequences of the second Karabakh war and in unblocking communications, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said during a trilateral meeting with President of Russia Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, Trend reports.
