BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 16. An earthquake has been recorded in the Caspian Sea, TurkicWorld reports.
According to the Republican Seismological Service Center, the quake measured 4 on the Richter scale and struck at 07:41 a.m. local time.
The epicenter was located 76 km below the surface.
